Mark Cooper was complimentary of Yate Town loanee Lewis Thomas for his performances during his loan spell.
Thomas has spent the best part of three months at the Evo-Stik Division One South side and his performances have already seen him earn two extensions to his loan deal.
Cooper has been keeping tabs on the keeper and was keen to point out that he has three strong goalkeepers at his disposal.
He also revealed how highly the Welshman is regarded at Yate.
"Lewis has kept so many clean sheets at Yate. There'll be building a statue of him because he's been that good," Cooper joked.
"We've got three good goalkeepers and you have to have that competition.
The Bluebells take on Barnstaple at home in the league on Saturday.
