STUDENTS from Chipping Sodbury Tang Soo Do made the trip to Ebbw Vale Sports Centre, the venue for the 2018 World Tang Soo Do Association Regional Championships.
More than 370 competitors took part, but the little club from Chipping Sodbury stood tall amongst some stiff opposition.
Thirty out of 33 martial artists from Chipping Sodbury managed to place in their category and three students bagged trophies.
“The students totally deserved their success,” said Paul Townsley CSTSD instructor. "I have pushed them hard and they responded in the best way possible and now they have something to show for all the effort given."
