FOREST Green defender Liam Shephard made his comeback from injury in today's Central League fixture at Plymouth Argyle.
Shephard hasn't featured for Rovers since he scored in a 2-1 victory at Exeter City at the end of October.
The full-back has been named in the starting line-up to face Plymouth alongside fellow first team players Lee Collins, Robert Sanchez, George Williams, Isaac Pearce and Tahvon Campbell.
Scott Laird also started as well as Jordan Simpson, who recently returned from a loan spell with Havant and Waterlooville.
Dayle Grubb was not involved. The winger hasn't played since November 10 and has been sidelined with a hamstring injury.
Two trialists also featured.
