THE opening round of the UK EVO Championship off-road motocross series takes place on Sunday, March 31 at North Nibley.
The event, which was postponed due to heavy rain a fortnight ago, will feature more than 300 riders.
Spokesman Mike Wood, said: "The event is a great day out for all the family as colourfully clad warriors do battle on a spectacular hillside circuit, attacking the twists, turns and leaps on their specially adapted motorbikes.
"Throughout the day there will be a total of 24 races, each one contested by up to 40 determined competitors, with the super entertainment due to get underway at 10.30am."
Admission charges for spectators is just £5 for adults, £2 for pensioners and children under-16 getting in for free. The event can be found by sat nav (GL11 6DL)
