Former Bristol Rovers manager Darrell Clarke has been appointed manager of Walsall.
Clarke left the Memorial Ground back in December after a poor run of results.
He replaces Dean Keates who was sacked by the Saddlers at the beginning of April.
The 41-year-old will be aiming to guide Walsall back to League One after they were relegated to League Two on the final day of the season.
Clarke will be reunited with former Rovers manager John Ward, who is working a the club's professional development coach.
The pair worked together at the Memorial Ground before Ward was sacked in 2014 with Clarke replacing him.
Clarke won back to back promotions from the National League and League Two in 2015 and 2016.
