FOREST GREEN kick-off the new Blue Square Premier season at promoted Kettering Town on August 9.
Town are managed by former Rovers midfielder Mark Cooper. The Poppies will also include defender Luke Graham, who spent a season on loan at Rovers from Northampton Town.
The first league match at the New Lawn comes three days later with the visit of Salisbury City, who include former Forest Green men Ryan Clarke and Matt Robinson. Rovers are at home four days later when Crawley Town make the long trip to Gloucestershire. Rovers' fans will get the chance to see former caprtain Chris Giles in action for the first time since his end of season release.
More reunioins take place in September when former club captain Michael Brough rerturns to the New Lawn on Tuesday, September 23 with Torquay United.They also welcome releghated Mansfield Town on March 14.
Jim Harvey's side travel to relegated Wrexham, managed by former Aston Villa boss Brian Little, on November 18. Kidderminster Harriers is the destination on Boxing Day, with the return fixture on January 1.
Harvey's men end the season at Grays Athletic on April 25.
