DURSLEY’S Keith Hinder won the Two Wood singles competition at the Three Counties Champions Festival at Hewell BC.
Representing Gloucestershire, Hinder (Dursley) was first up against Martin Hillson (Worcestershire), where he needed an extra end to win it 14-13, He then strode into a 6-1 lead against Glyn Williams (Herefordshire) and with a run 11 winning ends out a 13 powered home to lift the trophy 18-6.
Gloucestershire also triumphed in the Fours and Triples.
