David Lloyd and James Ashton scored a maximum apiece for Woodchester A against their B team club mates to give them a 7-3 win that takes them to the top of the division one table.

Forest Green A hold onto second spot despite losing 4-6 at home to Cirencester for whom Tom Watmore scored a hat-trick.

In division two, Phoenix C entertained two player Thornbury B and were pleased to finish 6-4 winners with Mike Davis unbeaten in singles for the home side.

Woodchester C played host to Phoenix D but it was the visitors who left with a 7-3 win, thanks in part to a maximum from Sam McIvor.

Thornbury C are in second place in division three after edging their match against the visiting Woodchester D 6-4, Graham Eden was man of the match scoring a maximum for the home side.

Nailsworth A convincingly beat the visiting Randwick B 9-1 with Dave Pugh and Jane Leigh hitting maximums, a score line which sends Nailsworth to the top of the table. But there is no stopping Cam B in division four as they increased their lead at the top of the table to 17 points after inflicting a whitewash over their hosts Nailsworth B.

Cam C, entertained Phoenix H but lost as the visitor’s Howard Spellman helped his side to a 6-4 win.

The points were shared at five all when the two teams at the wrong end of the division clashed, Joe Garrett-Kelly was man of the match as he scored a maximum for the young Phoenix I team against Thornbury D.
